My name is Alex, I'm a graphic designer based on the the East Coast. I love to work in all kinds of design fields, one of which I gained from my time at
Parks Canada, road signage, symbols and adhering to in house branding rules. I also have expanded my work into branding and logo design for small businesses and influencers.

 

Familiar with online and print based design
applications, I have an education and experience in photography, marketing and communications. On a whim I participated in the 2017 Skill Share competition for design and placed 3rd! 

 

 I have no issue working under pressure and put that into practice with time spent with Arrivals and Departures. There I had a time working on large ad campaigns such as Travel PEI campaigns, NSCC, Nova Scotia Food and Wine, Efficiency Nova Scotia and more. It was fun working on so many projects I learned quite a bit from the team. 

 

I enjoy working with people, I have no issue carrying on a conversation and trying to find out exactly what my client envisions for their project. Taking direction, problem solving and having the ability to manage multiple things at once all while staying calm is a bonus trait to working in this field. I'm big on communication and working as a team to get to the core of any bump in the plans. Being flexible and adaptable through the creative process allows for wonderful design!
